1. BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATION
Submitting a booking request via web form, WhatsApp, or Viber does not constitute an instant binding booking until you receive an explicit confirmation from our team.
2. FLIGHT & FERRY DELAYS
We monitor flight and ferry arrival times in Milos. In case of delays, our drivers adjust the pickup schedule at no extra charge, provided correct arrival details were provided.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time incur no penalty.
4. PASSENGER CAPACITY & CONDUCT
Vehicle capacity limits (SUV: up to 4, Minivan: up to 8 passengers) must be strictly respected. Smoking, vaping, and alcohol consumption inside vehicles are strictly prohibited.
5. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Syros/Milos.
